We Promise To:

1. Perform patient assessments to evaluate appropriateness for a massage therapy program and contribute to the plan of treatment.

2. Report changes in the patient's conditions and needs to the Registered Nurse, Case Manager or Director of Patient Care Services.

3. Design and implement a variety of massage treatments and therapy plans to meet the individual needs of each patient.

4. Collaborate with members of the Hospice Team in planning physical treatments.

5. Provide therapeutic interventions (i.e. comfort touch massage, geriatric massage, Reiki, aroma therapy, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, etc.) according to the plan of care.

6. Maintain continuing education through academic studies, seminars, and workshops.

7. Complete all medical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

8. Provide the best in care, quality, and service to your patients and families.
